Our training classes are in person and offline as we believe in hands-on learning. While there are many pet grooming courses online, we believe that you can only become a master groomer by learning in an actual environment with real animals.
After completing the course and getting certified successfully participants can start taking grooming requests from customers.
Course participants have to physically attend the class
To become a professionally certified pet groomer, you need to complete at least 300 hours of experience in grooming pets. You can do this either as an apprentice or with a professional program such as Pawspace.
The training cost depends on the kind of course you are going for, Pawspace pet grooming course starts from 15,000 INR to 45,000 INR.
Formal education isn’t necessary but a certification program such as Pawspace helps you get a foothold with a strong community and network to rely on for expertise. Having the patience and the temperament to take care of and socialize with animals is a prerequisite.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be eligible to take up grooming assignments from Pawspace by registering as our partner
Your earning potential depends entirely on how many clients you choose to take up and the number of hours you can dedicate to grooming. You can charge anywhere between 800 to 1000 INR per session for basic grooming and upto 5,000 for complete grooming packages.
